1. Hosting (Netlify)

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 Second Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access the website, Netlify automatically processes the following connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, and date and time of access. This data is used for the secure operation and improvement of the infrastructure and is deleted after approximately 30 days. As Netlify is a US-based company, data is transferred to the USA. Netlify has committed to maintaining an adequate level of data protection (Data Processing Agreement). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information: netlify.com/privacy

2. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies provided by the hosting provider Netlify (e.g. for load balancing and security). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of the session. Persistent cookies are stored in accordance with Netlify's privacy policy. No tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are used.

3. Contact Form

The contact form is operated by Formspree, Inc. When you submit the form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is transmitted to Formspree and forwarded from there to the website operator. Incoming emails are forwarded to the operator's mailbox via the ImprovMX service (USA), where email content is temporarily processed on servers in the USA. The transmitted data is used exclusively for processing your enquiry and communicating with you. No data is passed on to third parties. Data is retained in accordance with the statutory retention periods under German commercial law (HGB, 6–10 years) and then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
